Description
- Perform skin evaluations to determine clients' unique skin types and skincare concerns.
- Provide customized facial treatments and skin care regimens to enhance clients' appearance and confidence.
- Master various esthetic equipment and stay updated on the latest industry trends and treatments.
- Collaborate with the Cosmoluxe Inc. team to deliver a luxurious beauty and wellness experience.
- Maintain strict health and sanitation standards to ensure clients' safety and well-being.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma in Esthetics, Cosmetology, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Entry level; less than 1 year of experience required, preferably in a spa or salon environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of skin care therapies, facial treatment techniques, and beauty products. Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to perform skin analysis.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Perform skin evaluations, recommend appropriate treatments, administer facials, and maintain client records. Ensure a clean and sanitary work environment at all times.
- Working Conditions: Work in a soothing spa setting; must be willing to stand for extended periods and work weekends/evenings as required.
- Qualities and Traits: A passion for beauty and wellness, strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, and a professional demeanor.
