Counseling Services: Provide individual and group counseling to students on academic, social, and emotional issues.
Career Guidance: Assist students in exploring career options and educational pathways, including college applications and vocational training.
Crisis Intervention: Address student crises and provide appropriate support and referrals to external resources when necessary.
Program Development: Organize and implement programs that promote personal development, social skills, and academic success.
Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student well-being and development.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, assessments, and interventions in accordance with school policies.
Professional Development: Stay updated on best practices in guidance counseling and participate in relevant training opportunities.

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Guidance and Counseling, or a related field.
Preferably licensed or completed 18 units in a Master’s program in Guidance and Counseling.
1-3 years of experience in a school counseling environment preferred.
Strong understanding of student development and counseling techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and staff.
