Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience Level: At least 1-3 years of experience in academic services or a similar role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in attendance management systems, strong knowledge of university education procedures, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Managing student attendance records, supporting academic staff, assisting in educational planning, and ensuring compliance with academic policies.
  • Working Conditions: Office setting within an academic institution, occasional weekend or evening hours may be required during peak academic periods.
