Description
- Provide expert advice on vehicle selection, features, and financing to prospective customers at Nissan North-EDSA.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive industry trends and Nissan's new models and technologies.
- Assist clients in understanding their needs and matching them with the appropriate Nissan vehicle.
- Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
- Coordinate with the sales team to optimize customer satisfaction and dealership success.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary automotive training or certifications preferred.
- Experience Level: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an automotive role or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in automotive systems and components, excellent communication and customer service skills, basic computer and software knowledge, ability to explain technical information clearly.
