General Manager Automotive Industry

AITO Philippines Corp is searching for a high‑impact General Manager to lead our dealership into its next phase of growth and operational excellence. This pivotal role calls for an accomplished automotive executive who thrives on driving aggressive sales performance, delivering consistent profitability, and building winning teams.

What We’re Looking For?

• Financial Acumen- Ability to read and interpret profit & loss statements, manage gross margins, and forecast dealership performance. Strong financial oversight ensures profitability across sales, service, and F&I departments.
• Customer Experience Leadership- Championing a customer‑first culture across digital, showroom, and after‑sales touchpoints. High CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores and loyalty programs depend on this skill.
• Data‑Driven Decision Making -Using CRM analytics, DMS reports, and business intelligence dashboards to guide operational and marketing strategies.
• Cross‑Department Coordination -Ensuring seamless collaboration between sales, service, finance, and HR. Operational fluency across all dealership functions is essential.
• Talent Development & Coaching- Recruiting, training, and mentoring managers and staff. Building high‑performance teams reduces turnover and boosts morale.
• Technology Adoption-Leading digital transformation, including EV sales strategies, online retailing platforms, and AI‑driven marketing tools.
• Compliance & Risk Management-Ensuring adherence to automotive regulations, HR policies, and financial standards and overall operations.
• Strategic Marketing Oversight-Designing campaigns that align with brand positioning and market trends.
• Adaptability & Continuous Learning -Staying ahead of industry disruption (EV adoption, OEM direct‑to‑consumer models, digital retailing).

What is the qualification were looking for?

Bachelor's degree Business Administration, Automotive Technology, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field (preferred).

· MBA or other advanced degree is an advantage for larger/multi-site operations.

Experience

· 5+ years in the automotive industry with progressive responsibility; 3–5+ years in senior management or GM role preferred.

· Demonstrated P&L ownership and success driving revenue, gross profit, and margin improvements across sales, service, and parts.

· Experience with OEM/franchise relationships, warranty/recall processes, and F&I operations (for dealership roles).
