We are looking for an experienced General Services Manager to oversee facilities, security, maintenance, and housekeeping across our head office and retail stores. This role ensures that all company facilities are safe, secure, and well-maintained to support smooth business operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead security, maintenance, and housekeeping teams

• Manage assets, budgets, and external service providers

• Ensure facilities are properly maintained and compliant with safety standards

• Oversee safety programs and emergency preparedness

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in facilities or general services management

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills

• Knowledge of building systems and safety regulations

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

A. Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of ACU systems, electrical systems, plumbing, waste water management, and general building maintenance practices
