General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall operations and performance of the branch.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals and targets.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate employees to ensure high performance.
• Monitor sales, expenses, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions and improvements.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Prepare and present operational and performance reports to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.
• With proven experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, Branch Manager, or similar managerial role.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and people-management skills.
• With good knowledge of business operations and performance management.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
