General Manager (Manufacturing Company)

OUR CLIENT: This business creates, produces, and markets premium molds. To create a mold that satisfies the needs of the customers, they plan products and molds, process the molds, and assemble them.

Work Location: Carmona, Cavite

Work Schedule: Weekends Off / Dayshift

Salary: Negotiable depending on years of working experience, technical expertise and interview result

Work Set Up: Work on Site

Key Responsibilities:

• To minimize downtime, oversee everyday manufacturing operations, such as inventory control, warehousing, and production scheduling.
• Create and put into action plans to boost income, promote expansion, and enhance operational effectiveness.
• To guarantee business profitability, supervise financial reporting, cost control, and budgeting.
• Employ, educate, and guide employees while promoting an innovative and ever-improving culture.
• Upholding local laws, safety requirements, and corporate rules.
• Speak on behalf of the business while negotiating with vendors, suppliers, and customers.
• Management's overall control
• Total authority over employees, supervisors, assistant managers, and supervisors
