Accounting Receivable and Payable

Description

  • Manage daily bookkeeping and financial processes, including A/P, A/R
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support budgeting and forecasting.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in accounting software, strong mathematical and analytical skills, and knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage financial records, prepare reports, reconcile accounts, assist with audits, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based role, typical hours with occasional overtime during financial year-end or tax periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, integrity, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
