Description

  • Manage administrative tasks to support operations at Static Power Philippines, Inc. in the dynamic construction and engineering industry.
  • Coordinate office activities, schedule appointments, and support project management.
  • Maintain records, handle correspondence, and ensure efficient office workflow.
  • Assist with procurement of materials and liaise with contractors/vendor.
  • Preparing and processing invoices, bills, and expenses reports
  • Processed the Collection receipt recording
  • Monitoring expenses and reconciling accounts where needed
  • Supporting the HR Department in managing Site payroll by providing necessary documentation or performing basic calculations
  • Monitoring and recording employee hours, leave requests, and overtime

·      Coordinate materials and equipment needed in each department, project site, and supplier

·      Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm change orders

·      Monitor inventory for next purchase order

  • Manage Purchased Order
  • Attends to incoming office telephone calls
  • Maintain well-organized, accessible records and documentation
  • Manages the meeting and appointment schedule. This would include coordination with administration personnel of other offices both within and external to company
  • Maintains the office documentation and/or record-keeping system for the Manager and to ensure efficient documentation for storage and retrieval
  • Record minutes of the meeting
  • Provides support in Accounting department of other offices
  • Monitors office supplies and requests for replenishment when needed
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned


Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration, Management or equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • With good communication skills, keen to details, and comfortable with technology
  • Able to communicate with people at different level in the organization
  •  Able to effectively multitask and has excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Can do multitasking
