Prepare financial statements, manage accounts payable/receivable, and oversee payroll processing.
Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with project managers to track construction budgets and expenses.
Implement effective financial controls to support business growth.
Assist with tax preparations and conduct financial audits.
Provide strategic insights based on financial analysis to support executive decision-making.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in general accounting or in a similar role.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in General Accounting, General Ledger Accounting, and Bookkeeping. Familiarity with accounting software and strong numerical skills.
Responsibilities and Duties: Manage financial records, prepare journal entries, perform reconciliations, assist in closing processes, and support both internal and external audits.
