1.  Checking and review invoices and SOA for counter to customers   
2. Extract sales invoice to SAP and copy to sales journal in a daily basis 
3. Daily updating of payments of clients to cash receipt   
4. Record BIR 2307 from clients to journal & summarize per quarter   
5. Checking and filing of Official Receipt and Collection Receipt   
6. Keeping and filing of all documents given by Head   
7. Handle the justification for BIR Audit   
8. Monitor the summary of bank loans, day to day balances   
9. Record and monitor import purchases   
10. Summarize sales and purchases for BIR Filing ( VAT, WITHHOLDING TAX & ITR)   
11. Other work that will be assign by Head

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Financial Management or related field
• At least 2+ more years of work experience in Logistics, Transportation or trucking
• Practical experience in a similar position is a plus
• High customer service orientation
• Detail-orientation and good analytical skills
• Ability to communicate at different levels
• Good problem-solving as well as organizational skills
• SAP experience
• Proficient in oral and written English communication
