Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable and receivable, and other financial documents.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Process and record financial transactions in AR and AP
Reconcile bank statements and other financial statements regularly.
Generate and process invoices for clients and customers.
Monitor and update Sales Team on overdue invoices.
Track and manage company expenses and reimbursements of employees for business-related expenses.
Monitor budget performance and report any variances.
Prepare financial reports for management, including Expense Report, Sales Report, Collection report and AR Aging Report.
Provide general administrative support to the finance department.
Stay informed about relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
Utilize accounting software and MS Office Applications proficiently.
Identify and escalate discrepancies or errors in financial records.
Assist with special projects or tasks assigned by management

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree in / Financial Management (Accounting), Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent
Fresh Graduate is welcome
Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel
