Description

  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial statements.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations and assist with budgeting.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
  • Assist in audits and support external reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance financial practices.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in accounting.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in accounting software, especially QuickBooks; strong attention to detail; experience with bank services.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage cash position, prepare financial reports, and reconcile bank accounts.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours, collaborative team setting.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities.
