Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounting functions and budgeting processes.
Prepare timely financial statements, reports, and tax returns in compliance with accounting standards.
Support audits and implement improvement measures within the interior design project scopes.
Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities for Amsamm Property & Development, Inc.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience Level: 1-3 years of general accounting experience
Skills and Competencies: Strong proficiency in Excel and accounting software, knowledge of GAAP, excellent numerical skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality
Responsibilities and Duties: Manage daily transactions, prepare financial reports, conduct audits, ensure compliance with financial laws, handle tax filings, and assist with budget preparation
Working Conditions: Office environment, typically 9-5, may require overtime during fiscal year-end or tax season
