Description
- Perform general gardening tasks including planting, watering, and weeding.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of outdoor spaces and gardening tools.
- Assist in the preparation of garden beds for planting and maintain existing gardens.
- Monitor plant health and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Help with seasonal gardening tasks such as mulching, pruning, and fertilizing.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Basic knowledge of gardening techniques and tools.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and a passion for outdoor work.
