Education & Experience:

· High school graduate or vocational course in landscaping/agriculture.

· Relevant experience preferred.

Skills & Requirements:

· Knowledge in plant care, soil maintenance, and pruning.

· Experience using gardening tools and machines.

· Physically capable of outdoor manual labor.

· Eye for landscaping design and plant placement.

· Ability to follow schedules and instructions.

· Knowledge of seasonal plant care.

· Good attitude and willingness to work in various weather.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Maintain gardens, lawns, and landscaped areas by watering, trimming, weeding, and planting.

· Prune shrubs, trees, and other plants as needed to encourage healthy growth and improve appearance.

· Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments safely and appropriately.

· Operate and maintain gardening tools and machinery.

· Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of all outdoor areas.

· Report any landscape damage or safety hazards to maintenance or management.

· Decorate outdoor spaces for seasonal or special events as required.

· Comply with safety and environmental guidelines.

· Assist with other maintenance or landscaping duties as assigned.

· Other assigned tasks.
