Description
- Maintain and cultivate various types of plants, flowers, and shrubs.
- Assist with landscape design and installation.
- Monitor plant health and implement pest management practices.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, pruning, and weeding.
- Provide support for seasonal planting and outdoor event setups.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Basic knowledge of gardening techniques and plant care.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and a passion for working outdoors.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical labor.
