Responsibilities

For Front-End Developers

• Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to create responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (or similar frameworks).
• Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability.
• Maintain brand consistency across web interfaces and ensure accessibility standards are met.
• Debug and troubleshoot layout and functionality issues to improve user experience.

For Back-End Developers

• Develop and maintain server-side logic, database interactions, and API integrations.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Implement security and data protection solutions.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Perform testing and quality assurance to ensure stable, scalable applications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in front-end or back-end development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Front-End Developer Requirements

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

Back-End Developer Requirements

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js, Ruby).
• Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, web services, and cloud infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, RSpec).
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes).
