As a Full-Stack Developer at Control Flow Labs, you’ll be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing our applications with a focus on both frontend and backend development. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team of designers, product managers, and fellow developers to deliver cutting-edge solutions. • Develop and maintain scalable web applications with modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize new features.
• Write clean, efficient code with attention to security, scalability, and performance.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to other team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development and production environments.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in web development.

• Front-End Skills: Strong proficiency in Next.js and TypeScript; experience with React Native is a plus.
• Back-End Skills: Proficiency in Python, Flask, and FastAPI.
• Database: Experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Version Control: Familiarity with GitHub.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

NICE-TO-HAVE:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Docker).
• Familiarity with Figma for collaboration with designers.
• Understanding of CI/CD practices.
