Description
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate patient flow.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries effectively.
- Maintain accurate patient records and perform data entry tasks.
- Assist in the implementation of aesthetic procedures and provide necessary support.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years
- Skills and Competencies: Help Desk experience, strong data entry skills, knowledge of aesthetic procedures
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, customer service-oriented, ability to multitask
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require working weekends or evenings
