Responsibilities
- Monitor foreign and local employees’ time in/out
- Maintain office hygiene
- Implement office epidemic protection, office security, and security checks
- Coordinate meeting schedules and communicate with property management/building
- Place meal orders
- Replenish consumables and manage warehouse entry and exit registration
- Oversee office repairs, maintenance, and follow-up
- Handle office staff inquiries, needs, and complaints
- Manage daily office paperwork
- Receive visitors
Job Requirements
- At least college level
- Good English communication skills
- Knowledgeable in Excel
- Able to work 12-hour and shifting schedules
- Pleasing personality
- Must have experience
