Job Description
Qualifications:
- College Diploma holder
- At least 1 year of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar front desk role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Organized, customer-focused, and able to multitask.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors and guests
- Answer and route incoming calls
- Manage meeting room bookings and visitor records
- Provide basic administrative support as neede
