Job Description – Receptionist
Welcome and assist clients in a warm, professional, and friendly manner.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule client appointments.
Check clients in and out while ensuring a smooth reception process.
Process cash, card, and other payment transactions accurately.
Maintain client records and update appointment schedules.
Coordinate with therapists, nurses, and clinic staff regarding appointments and client
concerns.
Have at least 1-2 years exp. as RECEPTIONIST
Have experience in card payment.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive client experience.
