- Records daily sales of each branch
- Print bills of invoice and plan accounts such as Globe and PLDT
- Record all the released cheques forwarded by the accounting and call the suppliers for the available check for pick up
- Prepares the documents for LBC on sub areas every Wednesday
- Received documents from sub areas and distribute to the assign department
- Record bills of water and electricity and give it to accounting and collector after payment
- Preparing transmittal for PDC Rental
- Reports telephone that has no dial tone or no internet connection to Globe/PLDT
- Monitor the email account of Mighty L&K and forward to the designated staff
- Distribute load allowance every Tuesday
- Receiving, screening, and transferring all calls.
