The Recreational Staff is responsible for assisting guests, supervising recreational areas, and ensuring a safe, fun, and enjoyable experience for all visitors. This role includes customer service, game area supervision, prize redemption, and supporting the daily operations of the arcade or recreational facility.

• Greet and assist guests in using arcade games, rides, or play equipment
• Explain game rules, promos, and mechanics to customers
• Monitor customer activities to ensure safety and enforce house rules
• Assist in prize redemption and maintain stock of prizes or tokens
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve minor guest concerns
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the recreational area
• Report any machine malfunctions, accidents, or issues to supervisors
• Support in hosting birthday parties, events, or group bookings when needed
• Assist in opening and closing duties, including checking equipment and supplies

• At least High School Graduate; college level preferred
• With or without experience (training will be provided)
• Friendly, approachable, and energetic
• Good communication skills and customer-oriented
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
• Trustworthy, responsible, and a good team player
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and mall hours
• Experience in amusement, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage
