Description

As the initial point of contact for our company, the front desk associate is in charge of handling office administrative tasks and offering exceptional service to clients, guests, and internal employees. The associate needs extensive knowledge of the organization, is required to know who key personnel are (both external and internal), and understand the organization's aims and objectives.

Requirements

  • Graduate of any Hospitality, Business or Organizational Communication related course.
  • Has above-average communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of emotional intelligence
  • Must be creative and resourceful
  • Must be people-oriented and confident
  • Must be responsible, highly-organized and keen to details
  • Can multitask effectively and can work under minimal supervision
  • Knowledgeable with standard office administrative practices and procedures
  • Must be highly proficient in computer skills in all Microsoft applications and online research
  • Must demonstrate high level of professionalism and integrity
