Franchise Recruitment and Onboarding
- Identify and engage potential franchisees through targeted marketing and outreach.
- Conduct presentations and meetings with prospective franchisees to introduce the brand and business model.
- Assist new franchisees with all onboarding requirements, including legal and compliance documentation, training, and setup.
Franchisee Support and Relationship Management
- Act as the main point of contact for franchisees, providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Conduct regular visits and audits to ensure operational excellence and brand standards.
- Address franchisee inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions to drive operational and financial success.
Brand Consistency and Operational Compliance
- Ensure that all franchisees adhere to brand standards, operational guidelines, and marketing protocols.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate franchisees on best practices and industry trends.
- Monitor and analyze franchisee performance, recommending improvements where necessary.
Strategic Development
- Assist in the development and execution of franchise growth strategies.
- Provide feedback and insights to the Franchise Manager on market trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for brand expansion.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to implement promotional initiatives that benefit the franchise network.
Reporting and Analysis
- Track and report franchise performance metrics, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Analyze franchisee financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all franchise agreements, audits, and communications.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in franchise development, operations, or a similar role within a franchise organization.
- Strong understanding of franchise operations, compliance, and brand standards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to supporting franchise success.
- Willingness to travel to franchise locations as needed.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in the [industry, e.g., food & beverage, retail, etc.] sector is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of franchise management software and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with financial metrics and basic accounting principles.
