Job Summary:
CareKleaning and Repair Services is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on promoting and selling air conditioning units while also booking cleaning schedules for our diverse range of cleaning and maintenance services. This role combines sales expertise with exceptional customer service skills to help our clients find the right solutions while ensuring their spaces are clean and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Air Conditioning Sales:
Promote and sell brand-new air conditioning units to residential and commercial clients.
Understand and explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers.
Stay updated on industry trends and product innovations to provide informed recommendations.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
Booking Cleaning Schedules:
Communicate with clients to understand their cleaning and maintenance needs.
Schedule appointments for unit deep cleaning, aircon cleaning, pest control, and other services.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Market Expansion:
Identify and engage with new clients through cold calls, networking, and social media outreach.
Attend trade shows, community events, or company-organized promotions to generate leads.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales, appointments, and client interactions.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and bookings for review by management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in air conditioning or a related industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM software, spreadsheets, or scheduling tools is a plus.
Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
