Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field
• Experience Level: 1–3 years of relevant experience in agriculture or related technical fields
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in agricultural machinery, strong attention to detail, and effective problem-solving skills
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to assist in the training of clients and staff on equipment operation and safety
• Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
• Working Conditions: Ability to work in various outdoor environments, sometimes in adverse weather conditions
