• Farm Operations: Managing environmental conditions, feed, water quality, bio-security protocols, and tracking performance metrics like growth rates and mortality.
• Dressing Plant & Toll Processing: Coordinating the processing line (stunning, evisceration, chilling, packaging) to meet quality targets for various clients while ensuring strict compliance with HACCP, GMP, and NMIS regulations.
• Refrigeration & Facilities: Providing expert oversight of ammonia or Freon-based cooling systems, blast freezers, and cold storage to maintain the cold chain and energy efficiency.
• Leadership & Administration: Developing budgets, implementing cost-saving initiatives, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and company safety policies

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

1. Education: Preferred degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Food Technology, Engineering, or Business.
2. Experience: 3–5 years of management experience in poultry farming and food processing; toll processing experience is a plus.
3. Technical Skills: Must have strong technical knowledge of industrial refrigeration systems; extensive engineering knowledge is required.
4. Certification: HACCP/GMP knowledge; refrigeration certifications are highly valued.
