R&D Supervisor- Documentation

Documentation & Records:

Compile, maintain, and organize research data, project progress reports, test results, and technical documentation for internal and external use.

Project Coordination:

Assist the executive Chef and R&D Team in planning and scheduling R&D projects, coordinate pilot plant trials and production runs, and manage the supply of ingredients and materials.

Quality & Compliance:

Monitor and enforce quality control procedures, ensure that products meet regulatory requirements, and help with supplier audits and customer complaint investigations.

Technical Support:

Support food technologists and scientists with experimental design, data analysis, and product development tasks, including testing product samples.

Administrative Tasks:

Manage project calendars, prepare technical reports, and ensure clear and accurate product specifications and labeling information.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments such as procurement, sales, marketing, and technical services to ensure project success and smooth product launches.

Required Skills and Qualifica

• Degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business or related discipline.
• 3-5 years in documentation, costing, or administrative supervision (preferably R&D/ manufacturing)
• Must be knowledgeable in Data management, costing, ERP/ Excel proficiency and documentation
• Willing to work in Commissary/office-based with occasional client or site support
• Willing to work in F. Pasco Avenue, Santolan, Pasig City
• Can start immediately
