R&D Product Development Assistant supports product development through testing, documentation, research, and trials to help launch new SKUs, enhance existing products, and evaluate raw and packaging materials.

Key Responsibilities:

•Assist in new product and SKU development, material and process improvements

•Conduct research on product classifications, applications, and regulatory standards

•Evaluate raw and packaging materials based on safety, quality, and regulatory compliance

•Conduct sensory evaluations and prepare technical documentation

•Support validation of CCPs and OPRPs in line with HACCP & FSSC 22000

•Prepare FDA registration documents and samples

Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s in Food Technology, Chemistry, or related field

•2-3 years in food manufacturing setup; preferably with thermal processing, retort

operation, and meat processing experience

•Detail-oriented, creative, and eager to learn

•Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills

•Knowledge in regulatory and food safety standards is a plus

•Passionate about food and food preparation
