Job Description
- Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Manage inventory and vendor relationships.
- Assist in menu planning and development.
- Train and supervise staff in food safety and service protocols.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1–3 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
- Qualities and Traits: Team player with a customer-focused mindset
