- Responsible for designing personalized workout plans, leading group classes, and providing nutritional guidance to help female clients achieve their health goals
- Create customized exercise and weight-loss programs tailored to individual fitness levels and physical limitations
- Lead engaging, safe group sessions (e.g., aerobics, strength training, yoga) and guide participants through proper movement and form
- Perform initial health and fitness evaluations, track client progress, and adjust regimens to maximize results
- Ensure workout areas and equipment are clean, sanitary, and hazard-free, while enforcing gym safety guidelines.
