- Job Description – Pilates Coach / Instructor
- Conduct one-on-one and group Pilates classes.
- Guide clients on proper form, breathing, and exercise techniques.
- Develop safe and effective workout programs based on clients' fitness goals.
- Monitor clients' progress and provide motivation and support.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and professional training environment.
- Educate clients on proper body alignment and injury prevention.
- Maintain excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients.
