Qualifications:

Proven experience in coaching Pilates

Certified Pilates Instructor (with relevant certificates)

Strong communication and client-handling skills

Energetic, motivated, and customer-focused

Conduct one-on-one and group Pilates sessions

Responsibilities

Assess clients’ fitness levels and create customized workout programs

Ensure proper form, technique, and safety during sessions

Motivate and guide clients to achieve their fitness goals

Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio and equipment

Build strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service

Assist in promoting studio services and programs
