- Manage and oversee the financial transactions and reporting for the organization.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor the financial performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements.
- Conduct audits of financial processes and provide recommendations for improvements.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years in a financial role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong bookkeeping and financial literacy skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in computer applications and financial software.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
