- Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support business decisions.
- Prepare regular financial reports and present insights to management.
- Monitor budget variances and identify trends to optimize financial performance.
- Support the development of annual budgets and financial plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide analytical support.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis or planning.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong communication abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
