Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and provide guidance to the accounting team in daily accounting activities.
• Review and monitor the accuracy of accounting entries, reports, and financial records.
• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliation activities.
• Ensure timely completion of monthly closing and financial reporting requirements.
• Review and approve accounting documents, schedules, and reconciliations.
• Monitor team performance, workload distribution, and compliance with accounting procedures.
• Assist in developing and improving accounting processes and internal controls.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding financial and accounting concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and government regulations.
• Provide coaching and training to accounting staff to improve team performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• With years of experience in accounting, preferably with team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
• Experience handling AP, AR, GL, and month-end closing activities.
• With excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems/ERP software.
