Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily finance and accounting operations.
• Review financial transactions and ensure accuracy of records and reports.
• Monitor cash flow, budget utilization, and company expenses.
• Prepare financial reports and provide recommendations to management.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and internal financial policies.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding finance-related concerns.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist in improving financial processes and controls.
• Supervise and guide finance team members to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• At least 3–4 years of experience in finance or accounting, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cash management.
• Experience using accounting or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
