Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance professional to oversee key accounting and financial functions. This position will start as an individual contributor role, with an opportunity to transition into a team leadership position by year-end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly and quarterly financial compliance and statutory filings
• Handle end-to-end accounting processes, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and records
• Oversee the preparation of Audited Financial Statements (AFS) and Income Tax Returns (ITR)
• Ensure all financial data is accurate, complete, and submitted on time
• Utilize accounting software for daily finance operations and reporting
• Provide support for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related course
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles such as Finance Lead, Finance Officer, or Finance Associate.
• Strong background in accounting procedures, tax compliance, and financial reporting
• Proficient in using accounting software
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the healthcare or medical industry is a plus
• Exposure to startup or fast-growing business environments is an advantage
