Finance Manager Location: Pasig City

Industry: Menswear Fashion Retail

Company Size: 20 Employees

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: ₱100,000 – ₱120,000

Job Summary

We are looking for a Finance Manager (CPA) to oversee the company’s financial operations, ensure compliance with Philippine tax regulations, and manage all accounting functions. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in company accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.

Qualifications

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Required

Minimum 2 years experience in company accounting or finance management

Strong knowledge of:

Full set of accounts / General Ledger

Philippine taxation and BIR regulations

Payroll and statutory contributions

Experience in retail or fashion industry is an advantage

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Able to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle accounting operations (General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable)

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports

Handle BIR compliance, including:

Monthly/quarterly/annual tax filings

Withholding tax reports (1601, 0619, etc.)

VAT and income tax returns

Ensure compliance with all BIR regulations and government requirements

Oversee payroll processing and salary computation

Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning

Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government agencies

Implement and improve internal financial controls and processes

Provide financial insights to support business decisions
