Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Customer Representative to join our finance team. This role involves handling collections, processing payments, and managing various financial tasks related to customer accounts during the graveyard shift.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collections: Contact customers to follow up on overdue payments, negotiate payment plans, and resolve billing issues.
  • Payment Processing: Process customer payments accurately and efficiently, including handling transactions and updating account information.
  • Account Management: Maintain and update customer financial records, ensure all transactions are recorded correctly, and generate reports as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns related to their accounts and payments.
  • Compliance: Ensure all financial processes adhere to company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collections, payments, and other financial metrics.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues related to customer accounts in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in finance, collections, or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or coursework in finance or accounting is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in financial software and MS Office, and excellent attention to detail.
  • Shift Availability: Must be able to work full-time during the graveyard shift.
  • Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to manage customer accounts effectively and provide excellent service.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with collections and payment processing in a call center environment.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and best practices.
