Conduct quantitative analyses of financial data to forecast revenue, identify future trends, and assess risk associated with capital investments, mergers, and acquisitions.
Provide analytical, forecasting, and reporting support to senior management, participating in firm-wide financial strategy planning.
Analyze the company's financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs, and compliance with budgets.
Develop models to assess the financial impact and effectiveness of HR policies and recruitment strategies.
Prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting, for management review.
Assist with high-level decisions and policy formation for improving the company’s financial standing.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and impacts on the company's investment strategies and HR activities.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field required. Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) will be an advantage.
Experience Level: 5-10 years of experience in financial analysis, with a strong preference for industry experience in construction, real estate, or real estate development.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Knowledge of industry-specific financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Responsibilities and Duties: Analyze financial data and provide forecasting support. Prepare reports and project financials for management review. Conduct investment analysis and feasibility studies. Support decision making by providing actionable financial insights.
