The role will require a multi-disciplinary approach, whereby the Associate Coordinator will require analysis from multiple levels, and communication will occur across departments.

Roles and responsibilities 

• Create project presentation decks. 
• Scenario Analysis of acquisition and disposition cash flows. 
• Research Market Data 
• Research and coordinate information on market data, county news (key external project approvals, commissioner updates, zoning adjustments, comp. plan amendments, etc.), emerging trends, and key project milestones. 
• Regional Market Analysis for future sub-market expansion. 
• Assisting in the communication between regions (NA & Asia) for generating necessary documents for investor notifications.  
• Work with Regional Coordinators and Operations to complete a wide variety of global initiatives and projects. 
• Manage the consolidation and organization of Walton’s filing system.   
• Coordinate, track, and verify inputs for company systems (i.e., CE) to ease the transition to an automated system. 
• Tracking project timelines to indicate planning requirements and submissions, as well as permitting applications, including analysis of projected versus completed. 
• Quality assessment and quality check to cross reference all proforma’s with Purchase and Sales Agreements.  

Requirements 

• Equivalent of an Undergraduate Degree in the United States.  
• Prefer at a minimum a concentration in Finance or Financial Analysis, but a minor will do.  
• Basic understanding of cash flows, key return metrics, and stress testing / scenario analysis.  
• Equivalent to a General Management or Business Administration Major. 
• Basic understanding of contract deal terms and critical dates.  
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite. Strong Excel Skills.  
• Strong problem-solving skills. 
• Good communication skills. Willing to take the initiative and comfortable with cross collaboration.
