Job Description
Description
- Acting as second-in-command to the Production Manager and taking care of all duties in their absence
- Assisting the Manager with operational issues
- Scheduling meetings and team-building sessions as required
- Promptly answer the questions of staff and other stakeholders
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain relationships with vendors
- Prepare and file forms and other documents
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Take inventory and order office supplies as needed
- Update logs and order forms
- Analyze all operations and forward suggestions for improvement
Requirements
- Graduated in BS Accountancy
- A CPA license is advantageous but, not required.
- With at least 1-3 years of experience in Accounting in a manufacturing firm
- Willing to work STAY IN and night shifting schedule
- Should know how to speak, read, and write language FOOKIEN & MANDARIN
- Salary can be increased depending on the candidate's skill, experience, and position knowledge.
- Will be directly reporting to the Production Manager / Manufacturing Accountant
