Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, and chat
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity

Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

Education: At least a 2-year degree
Experience: Minimum of 2 years
