Prepare, implement, and monitor the detailed Fiscal Year Plan or theme schedules related to machine, equipment, jigs, fixture, improvement projects, fabrication and assemble of machines in relation to the objective set by the Supervisor.
Make maintenance reports, analyze data, and make recommendations to improve efficiency & cost control.
Develop and implement maintenance programs and procedures to ensure efficient plant operations.
Maintain assigned production line equipment to achieve performance standards.
Responsible for the product line lay-outs including the utilities both mechanical and electrical.
Learn & utilize the principles of Total Productive Manufacturing, (TPM) including the accountability for failure & countermeasure activity as defined by the plant. Focused Improvement and Preventive Maintenance pillar activity will be required.

With Baccalaureate degree in Engineering in Electronics, Mechanical or Electrical.
Preferably with PRC License.
Preferably with work experience but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
With good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
Willing to work on shifting schedule.
