As a Dealer Coordinator, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our dealerships, providing them with the necessary support to enhance dealer services and achieve sales targets (for units, genuine parts, and after-sales services). You will also be responsible for managing and analyzing performance data, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing strategies to maintain Honda standards for customer satisfaction.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, Industrial Eng. or a related field

- 1+ years of experience in sales or account management

- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a track record of success in exceeding sales goals

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & SAP (a plus)

- Highly analytical, logical, and creative

- Must be able to safely and confidently drive 4-wheel vehicles

- Passion for the automotive industry (a plus).
